Ingredients

Sambar Powder

RECIPE

  • In a dekchi of 500ml water, cook 1 cup of dhal along with 250g of washed and cut vegetables (Including 3 tomatoes).

  • • Grind1⁄2 a coconut and add to the cooked vegetables and dhal. Add 2 tablespoon of Jeevith Sambar Powder.

  • Season with mustard seeds and

  • curry leaves in 3 tablespoon of oil or ghee.

  • . Cook for 5 minutes
