Ingredients

Rasam Powder

RECIPE

Grind 4 tomatoes. Take 1 tablespoon of mustard seeds, 2 strings of curry leaves, 2 onions fine sliced, 2 pods of garlic, 2 spoons of tamarind paste or pulp. Fry in 5 tablespoon of oil or ghee for 5 minutes.
In 2 litres of water, add ground tomatoes, 2 tablespoon of Jeevith Rasam Powder and salt to taste. Boil for 5 minutes.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
