Pork Fry Masala

Ingredients
Chillies, Coriander, Pepper, Ginger, Clove, Cardamom, Cinnamon, Bark, Cummin Seed, Turmeric, Nutmeg, Kapok Buds, Mustard Seeds, Star Anise, Curry Leaves, Bay Leaves & Salt
RECIPE
6 onions sliced,
2 tablespoons of ginger paste, 4 pods of crushed garlic, 6 green chillies, 1 cup of chopped coriander leaves Fry the above ingredients in 5 tablespoons of oil or ghee • Add the fried ingredients to 1 kg of pork
Add 1 sachet of Jeevith Pork Masala along with 1 tea cup of water
Add your preference of kachampuli, vinegar or tomato sauce
Cook for 15 to 25 minutes depending on the meat.

Low and slow cooking enhances taste.
Use less oil if the meat is fatty.
