Ingredients
Mutton Masala
RECIPE
Grind 1⁄2 a coconut with 8 onions, 6 tomatoes, 3 inch ginger, 5 pods of garlic Fry 2 tablespoon of Jeevith Masala in 6 tablespoon of oil or ghee for 1⁄2 a minute add the ground mix and 1 kg of washed mutton pieces with 2 teacups of water and salt to taste cook well for 15-20 minutes.
• Garnish with lots of corriander leaves.
MUTTON FRY
Fry 6 sliced onions, 3 green chillies, 2tablespoon of ginger paste, 2table spoon of garlic paste 2 tomatoes in 6 tablespoon of oil till golden brown, add 2 tablespoon full of Jeevith Masala, 1kg of washed mutton pieces and I teacup water, cook for 15-20 minutes garnish with corriander leaves.
