Ingredients
Meat Fry Masala
RECIPE
Grind into paste : 8 onions, 4 tablespoon of ginger paste, 4 pods of garlic, 6 green chillies, 1 bunch of coriander leaves.
Fry the ground paste in 5 tablespoons of oil or ghee.
• Add the ground and fried paste to 1 kg of any meat • Add 2 tablespoon of Coorg Valley Meat Fry masala along with 1 cup of water Add your preference of Kachampuli or Vinegar or Tomato Sauce
Cook for 15 to 25 minutes depending on the meat.
• Use less oil if the meat is fatty.
