Ingredients

Kabab Masala

RECIPE

  • • The masala: 2 tablespoon of ginger paste, 2 tablespoon of garlic paste, 4 tablespoon of Coorg Valley Kabab Masala, A little Orange colour, 1 raw egg and salt to taste.

  • • Make a paste of the above and apply it over the cleaned chunks of meat (1 kg). Keep aside for 1 hour. Deep-fry the meat for 8 to 10 minutes.

  • Garnish with finely sliced onion rings, and slices of lemon.

  • Serve with Love.
