Ingredients

Fish Masala

RECIPE

  • Marinade 1 kg of cleaned fish slices along with 1table spoon of turmeric and salt for 1 hour. Next take: 1 spoon of mustard seeds, 4 large chopped onions, half ground coconut, 2 tbsp. of ginger paste,

  • 2 tbsp. of garlic paste,

  • 2

  • spoons

  • s of tamarind paste and

  • 2 strings of curry leaves. Fry all this in 50ml of oil and leave for minutes

  • Add the marinaded fish along with 2 tablespoon of Jeevith Fish Masala in 3 teacups of

  • water. Cook for 10 minutes. • Garnish with chopped

  • coriander leaves.


FISH FRY

  • Squeeze the juice of 3 lemons, add 20 gm of Jeevith Masala and 1 spoon of salt. Make a paste of this and apply the paste on the marinaded fish. Keep for 1 hour. Fry the fish in oil for 10 minutes on a low flame.
