Ingredients
Chiken Masala
RECIPE
Chicken Masala Grind 1⁄2 a coconut with
6 onions, 4 tomatoes, 3 inch ginger, 5 pods of garlic. Fry 2 tablespoon of Coorg Valley Masala in 6 tablespoon of oil or ghee for 10 sec, add the ground mix and 1 kg of washed chicken pieces with 2 cups of water,
and salt to taste, cook well for 15-20 minutes.
• Garnish with lots of
corriander leaves. Serve with Love.
Chicken Fry
• Fry 4 sliced onions, 2 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste, 3 green chillies, 2 tomatoes in 6 tablespoon of oil till golden brown, add 2 tablespoon full of Coorg Valley Masala, lkg of washed chicken pieces and 1⁄2 teacup water, cook for 15-20 min garnish with coriander leaves.
