Ingredients

Channa Masala

RECIPE

  • Soak 250g of Channa overnight. Shallow fry 1 spoon of mustard seeds, a few curry leaves, 4 large chopped onions in 5 tablespoon of oil or ghee, for 5 minutes.
    Add 2 tablespoon of ginger paste, 2 tablespoon of garlic paste and 5 finely chopped tomatoes. Fry for 5 minutes. Add this to the soaked channa in 2 cups of water along with 2 tablespoon of Jeevith Channa Masala. Cook for 10 minutes. Garnish with chopped
    coriander leaves.
